We are now looking for an Account Manager (f/m/d) for Italy and Spain in our Berlin office, part of our ambitious B2B Sales Team.

Where your expertise is needed

• Proactive customer engagement based on campaigns, establishing Lampenwelt as a key supplier in Europe
• Handling all incoming customer inquiries
• Negotiating and completing projects with lighting design experts
• Developing creative customer engagement concepts, collaborating with marketing
• Business development within your responsibility area
• Preparing offers and processing orders

Qualifications

What will help you succeed

• Fluent Italian and Spanish, both written and spoken, plus good English skills
• Professional, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Preferably B2B sales experience
• 2-3 years experience in telephone or personal sales
• Resilience, self-responsibility, initiative, and commitment
• Good MS Office knowledge; Salesforce is a plus
