Job Description:

The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  1. Net New MRR: You will be responsible for generating new recurring net revenues by closing medium-sized business clients (50-200 employees) in Germany.
  2. Prospecting: You will manage your own “book of business” and develop outreach strategies to fill your pipeline.
  3. Qualification: You will conduct thorough exploration phases and understand key metrics to guide qualified leads through MEDDIC.
  4. Internal Collaboration: You will work with SDRs who support your pipeline generation activities, as well as other internal stakeholders like Solution Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  5. Project Leadership: You will guide potential customers through their evaluation process, influence decision criteria, and support the development of business cases that trigger actions in complex buying centers.
  6. CRM and Data: You will maintain data hygiene in our CRM, create accurate forecasts, and make data-driven decisions in your sales funnel.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  1. At least 2+ years of experience in a B2B closing role in the SaaS sector.
  2. Proven track record of achievement as an Account Executive (or in an end-to-end sales role).
  3. Experience in lead generation through outbound activities.
  4. Excellent skills in dealing with executives and managers on the client side who are involved in the decision-making process (MEDDIC).
  5. A “get-things-done” mentality, enthusiasm, and a confident yet calm demeanor.
  6. A team player who is willing to learn from others and share their own experiences.
  7. Native-level German and very good English skills.
