You are the owner for all pricing and promotional activities for your product families in our domestic and international markets. Along with your product management team counterparts as well as your colleagues from other marketing groups, you demonstrate ownership of the pricing strategy by positioning the product, price and offer to grow IONOS Group market share.

We're seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager in our B2B Brands and Domains and SSL Product Unit to own and drive pricing strategies for our product families across domestic and international markets. As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate with product management colleagues, marketing groups, and top management to optimize pricing, promotions, and product portfolio positioning.

Tasks
  • Define and implement pricing and promotional strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market share within diverse customer segments including Enterprise/Key Accounts, Resellers, and Domain Investors.
  • Manage offer development for new and existing customers, including:
    • Optimizing processes and tools for offer management.
    • Ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot.
    • Steering and controlling the offer management process.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with product development, marketing, and sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, marketing, or product management, preferably in the Information Technology /Technology industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, with the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously.
  • You're a team player with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
