For our division Unilin Flooring, we are looking for a B2B Marketeer for Belux & Germany. In this role, you will drive and define the marketing strategy to enhance brand equity, create value-driven initiatives, and support sustainable business growth. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our marketing efforts align seamlessly with both global and regional STRAP plans, contributing to the overall success of our business. You report to the Marketing Director Western Europe.

What does the role entail exactly?

Strategic development & execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy tailored to Belux & Germany.
  • Contribute to the regional STRAP plan, ensuring that marketing initiatives support broader business objectives.
  • Develop and execute a retail loyalty strategy to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Operational execution & project management:

  • Oversee the practical execution of marketing initiatives (product launches, retail loyalty initiatives etc.), ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Manage trade PR activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Handle the ordering, distribution, and stock management of marketing materials, including POS, brochures, and samples.
  • Organize and coordinate trade fairs and events, from briefing agencies to managing artwork creation and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Provide hands-on support to the sales team by supplying marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily marketing operations, facilitating efficient collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Work closely with sales teams and customers to gain a deep understanding of the flooring market, including routes to market, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor local marketing performance and existing initiatives, identifying creative opportunities and alternatives to optimize results.

Budget & performance management:

  • Manage the assigned marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
  • Establish clear, measurable KPIs for marketing activities and regularly monitor their impact on sales and brand performance.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment (as a trade marketeer,…). Experience in an international setting is highly desirable.
  • You demonstrate experience in budget management, stakeholder management, and setting/monitoring clear objectives and KPIs.
  • You have strong communication skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with both local and remote teams.
  • Furthermore you have an hands-on, pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented approach with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; German and French is a plus. You are willing to further develop German language skills.
  • You are open to frequent travels in Western Europe. #LI-LV3
