Job Description

Our client is a unique startup with a mission to harness artificial intelligence for the visually impaired. They have developed an innovative, smart, wearable device with an intuitive interface to improve the daily lives of people with disabilities.

They are seeking to recruit talented individuals to join their team as Field Sales Managers. These are full-time, permanent, home-office positions with frequent travel.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years in B2B sales and business development
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working with people with special needs
  3. Fluent in German and English
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
  5. Coachable, self-motivated, dependable, with good time management
  6. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop sales strategies and promote products in your territory
  2. Meet sales targets by building relationships with B2B partners, distributors, low vision organizations, clinics, and opticians
  3. Increase market awareness through collaboration with assistive technology agencies and community groups
  4. Participate in marketing activities, including product presentations at conferences and to potential users
  5. Manage incoming leads through partners, qualify prospects, demonstrate products, and close sales with end-users when appropriate
  6. Train partners and users on device usage, benefits, and value
  7. Coordinate daily with team members, report activities, and attend sales meetings or calls
