Job Description

Our client is a unique startup with a mission to harness artificial intelligence for the visually impaired. They have developed an innovative, smart, wearable device with an intuitive interface to improve the daily lives of people with disabilities.

They are looking to recruit exceptional individuals to join their team as Field Sales Managers. These are full-time, permanent, home-office positions with frequent travel.

Requirements:
  1. 2+ years in B2B sales and business development
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working with people with special needs
  3. Fluent in German and English
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
  5. Coachable, self-starting, dependable, with strong time management skills
  6. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies and drive product sales within your territory
  • Establish and manage relationships with B2B partners, distributors, low vision organizations, clinics, and opticians
  • Increase market awareness by collaborating with assistive technology agencies and community organizations
  • Participate in marketing activities, present, and demonstrate products at conferences and to potential users
  • Handle incoming leads promptly through partners
  • Qualify prospects, demonstrate products, and close sales with end-users when applicable
  • Provide training to partners and users on device usage and benefits
  • Coordinate daily with team members, report activities, and participate in sales meetings and calls
