Azure / M365 Technology Expert (m / f / n)

Your tasks

  • You manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
  • You implement and manage security policies, compliance configurations, and conditional access.
  • You provide support for Microsoft cloud-related issues, licensing, and user management.
  • You deploy, configure, and maintain Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and EntraID.
  • You monitor and optimize Azure costs, performance, and security.
  • You implement, maintain, and support automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using PowerShell, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • You configure and monitor Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Center, and compliance tools.
  • You implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including Azure AD, MFA, and SSO.
  • You ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • You work with IT teams to integrate Microsoft cloud services with on-premises infrastructure and troubleshoot related technical issues.
  • You support and collaborate with all relevant departments in the Encevo Group.
  • You assist internal business teams, proposing improvements to enhance user experience.
  • You participate in designing and improving the technology infrastructure in collaboration with Creos IT teams.
  • You are involved in IT on-call duties, BCP, and DRP organization.
  • You work on maintaining architecture and SLA knowledge up to date.

Your profile

  • University Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure cloud services.
  • Proficiency with managing Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, and monitoring tools.
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure EntraID Connect, AD DS).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender suite, Sentinel, and security best practices.
  • Results-oriented, user-focused, and resilient to stress.
  • Active certifications related to the listed technologies, including ITIL Foundation, are advantageous.
  • Proactive, curious, flexible, and collaborative in incident resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is a plus.
