Description: Do you have IT leadership and/or consulting experience with Fortune 500 enterprise organizations across cloud and emerging technologies? Are you a consultant capable of transforming how enterprises view and utilize IT with disruptive technologies like AI, Data, and cloud computing? Have you built and led successful global IT consulting practices? Can you work effectively with both executives and technologists, leading high-impact engagements that transform companies and industries?

Wipro’s AWS Partnership is hiring an AWS Market Development Lead for our DACH business. We seek an energetic and inspiring leader to drive business growth and innovation while prioritizing customer success. The ideal candidate will manage AWS relationships, business development, and go-to-market strategies for Wipro’s AWS services in the DACH region. Responsibilities include engaging with AWS early, defining client needs, developing proposals, and collaborating with account managers. You will work closely with Wipro GBLs, AWS, and ISV partners to position our offerings during sales cycles, oversee the GTM strategy, enable sales teams, pursue key deals, and achieve order booking targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate efforts across Wipro teams to establish strategies and plans for AWS partnership growth.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and build strong sales pipelines.
  3. Support account management with solution selling and executive relationship building.
  4. Drive customer motivation for Wipro industry solutions and cloud adoption.
  5. Co-create transformational client engagements and generate cloud migration roadmaps.
  6. Assist in business development through opportunity identification and proposal development.
  7. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including AWS, and influence their strategic direction.
  8. Oversee daily execution, deal pipeline, and proposal strategies.
  9. Develop market-specific offerings and support business cases leveraging AWS funding programs.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in Business Development within cloud professional services, with a track record of meeting quotas and revenue targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience managing executive relationships and large-scale IT projects.
  • Deep expertise in AWS offerings, migration tools, and cloud methodologies.
  • Experience leading cloud transformation programs and understanding enterprise security standards.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures like microservices.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with AWS cloud and data center migrations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead presentations.
  • Willingness to travel (estimated 25-50%).
  • Strategic thinking and program management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS certifications.
  • Experience in cloud transformation projects.
  • Master’s/MBA degree preferred.
