Rise Technical is seeking an experienced Avionics Systems Engineer for a pioneering aviation manufacturer working on amphibious aircraft. The role covers avionics system development from safety-of-flight testing to EASA certification, collaborating with cross-functional teams to move projects from design to flight.

The ideal candidate holds an Electrical or Aeronautical Engineering degree with proven expertise in avionics integration and fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Conduct avionics system testing for safety-of-flight and aircraft certification.
• Create and review system specifications, requirement documents, and lab test programs.
• Define ground and flight test programs in collaboration with Compliance Verification Engineers.
• Perform checks of electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and material lists.
• Assist production engineers with avionics testing on prototype aircraft.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Avionics Systems Engineer to join a pioneering aviation manufacturer and contribute to the safety, testing, and certification of the world’s most advanced amphibious aircraft.

This company is a leading manufacturer in advanced aviation, developing high-performance aircrafts designed to operate from water. Founded over 100 years ago and backed by substantial investment, they continue to push boundaries in prototyping and production.

In this role, you will play a key part in the avionics system development lifecycle, from system safety-of-flight testing & hardware-in-the-loop lab programs to EASA compliance and certification. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, compliance officers, and production engineers to bring cutting-edge amphibious aircraft from design to flight.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical or Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent aviation industry experience) with proven expertise in aircraft avionics system integration. You will also possess fluent English communication skills.

The Role:

• Conducting avionics system testing for safety-of-flight and aircraft certification

• Performing technical checks of electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and material lists
• Assisting production engineers with avionics testing on prototype aircraft
