WorkGenius Group is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join a well-funded aviation-focused team developing next-generation UAV systems. You will design, develop and test embedded software across avionics and onboard systems, taking ownership from design through flight-ready deployment.
You will work in real-time, resource-constrained environments with RTOS or bare-metal, integrating CAN/UART/SPI/I2C/Ethernet interfaces and bootloader mechanisms.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will design, develop, integrate and test embedded software across avionics and onboard systems. You will take ownership of functionality from initial design through system integration, verification and flight-ready deployment.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on product development, production readiness and reliable real-world operation.

Your Profile:
We welcome candidates from UAV, aerospace, defence, air mobility or automotive backgrounds, particularly those with experience in complex, production-grade or safety-critical embedded systems. Experience with aviation standards and certification processes such as DO-178C, ARP4754A or ARP4761 is considered a plus.
