Zusammenfassung

ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH is seeking an aerospace professional to drive avionics requirements for equipment, software and hardware across the development lifecycle.

You will evaluate and integrate avionics components, contribute to prototype hardware design, and design interconnection systems for airborne and ground segments, ensuring seamless interfaces and system coherence.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in aerospace, automotive or electrical engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in aerospace engineering, avionics integration or related field.
• Solid understanding of avionics, electrical systems and digital communications (CAN, ARINC, serial).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Knowledge of SysML/UML and Polarion is a plus.
• Excellent English spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Develop requirements for avionics equipment, software and hardware throughout development.
• Select, evaluate and integrate avionics components with systems perspective.
• Contribute to conceptual design of prototype avionics hardware.
• Design and integrate interconnection systems for airborne and ground segments.
• Manage and maintain interface databases for traceability across interfaces.
• Collaborate with suppliers and coordinate externally provided components.

YOU...

• hold a master's degree in aerospace engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
• bring hands-on experience in aerospace engineering, avionics integration, electrical systems development, or a related technical environment
• have a solid understanding of avionics systems, electrical systems, and digital communication technologies such as CAN, ARINC, and serial communication protocols
• are confident in using Microsoft Office and MATLAB/Simulink for engineering and development activities
• ideally have knowledge of SysML/UML, ANSI C and Polarion
• have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
