Job description
Tasks
- Inspection and acceptance of electrical components and wiring harnesses in an aerospace environment
- Ensuring compliance with aviation regulatory requirements and standards
- Creating delivery documentation and quality records
- Carrying out First Article Inspections on both in-house and supplier components
- Issuing Non-Conformities and coordinating corrective actions
- Quality assurance in the Final Assembly Lines, including oversight of L1/L2 Quality Gates
- Troubleshooting systems to ensure continued airworthiness
- Coordinating “Practical Problem Solving” activities and supporting Lean initiatives
Requirements
- Completed technical training with master-level qualification (e.g. Aircraft Electronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician) or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of electrical systems and quality assurance
- Experience in aerospace and with composite materials desirable
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level in both)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
- CV in English is mandatory
