Jobbeschreibung

As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are looking for a Electrical Engineer for Jigs and Tools (f/m/d) in full-time for our renowned customer in Hamburg.

Tasks:

1. Jigs and Tools Technical Project co-leader for a major station in the 2nd SA Line Project Tianjin, China.
2. Jigs and Tools project management and monitoring with suppliers.
3. Design and manufacturing data set support: consulting with suppliers, especially regarding electronic parts and systems, follow-up, technical problem solving, acceptance, and validation.
4. Follow-up on manufacturing acceptance and supplier inspections, ensuring built status complies with requirements including electric norms & standards (e.g., CE).
5. Define jigs and tools for maintenance, training, re-certification, and re-calibration; coordinate with Airbus Maintenance Department for spare parts, version management, and compatibility.
6. On-site support for installation at FAL, monitoring installed parts and components, including functional checks with stakeholders such as suppliers, operations, J&T, and manufacturing engineering.
7. Handover of jigs and tools to operations after user testing and final acceptance, including all necessary documentation.

Skills:

1. Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or other technical disciplines, or certified Electrical Engineer.
2. Several years of professional experience in electrical systems and electronics/electrical engineering.
3. Experience in jigs & tools, supplier management, aerospace, and project management.
4. Basic knowledge of risk management.
5. Solid understanding of electrical schematics and bill of materials.
6. Willingness to travel (approx. 4–5 times/year to China, 1–3 weeks each; and 4–5 times within the EU, 2–5 days each).
