Our immediate requirement is for an experienced AV Sales Manager to be a key part of our Germany team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for leading growth initiatives and expand our presence in the German market. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of AV technology, excellent sales skills, and a strong network within the corporate, hospitality, education, and government sectors.

The role is located in Germany, with flexibility to travel within major cities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced AV Sales Manager to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales and market share growth in Germany.

Manage client accounts and provide tailored AV integration solutions based on customer needs.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in Germany.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Personal skills

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the audio visual integration industry.

Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of AV technologies, systems integration, and related software / hardware solutions.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany and occasionally abroad.
  • Existing network and contacts in the German AV market.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Germany.
  • Experience working with multinational clients.
