Autopilot System Design and Analysis Engineer (m/f/d)

The Autopilot System Design and Analysis Engineer (m/f/d) will possess deep insights into European autonomous driving trends and Euro NCAP technical developments, providing expert guidance for corporate ADAS strategy formulation and execution. The role requires comprehensive expertise in ADAS hardware/software development, with the ability to manage localized supply chain resources and resolve post-market technical issues.

Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany

Responsibilities

• Support product development and specialized teams (e.g., performance validation) in acquiring localized technical benchmarking data.
• Lead localized ADAS calibration, adaptive road testing, and organize ENCAP & autonomous driving scenario databases.
• Manage end-to-end technical processes for ADAS hardware/software.
• Develop local supply chain resources and facilitate technical alignment.
• Provide post-sales technical support for autonomous driving systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Radio Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
• Several years of working experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of the basic structure of vehicles and familiarity with the fundamental working principles of automotive electrical appliances.
• Proficient in autonomous driving, skilled in communication/diagnostic tools (CAN/Ethernet), with hands-on experience in ADAS system design, development, and testing.
