Job Description:

The position

As a Global Account Manager, you will work in the Sales & Business Development group, supporting and leading OEM/Tier1 sales, and managing the commercial aspects of the RFQ process.

What will your job look like?

  1. Work within the advanced development group to support and lead OEM/Tier 1 sales.
  2. Manage the full sales lifecycle from RFQ/RFI review through drafting, issuing price indications, quotations, and supporting all commercial aspects.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  4. Translate technical activities into clear commercial terms.
  5. Build long-term relationships with customers and negotiate with strategic clients.
  6. Collaborate within a team supporting multiple OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
All you need is:
  1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  2. Experience in technical sales and complex sales processes.
  3. Proficiency in English and German (verbal and written).
  4. Bachelor’s Degree; an MBA is a plus.
  5. Technical business background is advantageous.
  6. Experience with Jira and Salesforce is a plus.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  8. Attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
