About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Account Manager with expertise in the Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in test & measurement solutions for e-Mobility and Software-Defined Vehicles, as well as extensive experience in managing key accounts in this field. This role is based in South Germany.

Responsibilities

Drive Sales Success:

  1. Actively sell test & measurement solutions to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
  2. Anticipate customer needs, challenge the status quo, and build a robust sales pipeline with both short-term and long-term opportunities
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders/key decision-makers
  4. Develop and deliver value-based selling strategies to ensure high customer engagement
  5. Work closely with customers on-site to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions
  6. Build a long-term relationship with major accounts
  7. Negotiate and finalize purchasing agreements to drive mutual success

Qualifications
  1. A successful proven track record in test & measurement sales (minimum 5 years) – ideally experience in working with major automotive accounts
  2. A deep understanding of the Automotive Industry, including its key drivers and challenges in the coming years
  3. A history of delivering consistent sales growth and exceptional account management results – skills in selling solutions and services
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  5. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent field
  6. Fluency in German is essential for this role
  7. Willingness to travel frequently (50%+) and work closely with customers on-site
