AmeriFix, part of Fix Group Management, is seeking a District Manager to oversee three repair shop locations in Granger, Elkhart, and Mishawaka. This hands-on leadership role focuses on financial performance, operations consistency, and team development across the district.

You will review P&L statements, manage revenue metrics, ensure quality and customer experience, travel regularly between locations, and mentor location managers and staff.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive experience in automotive repair shop management across multiple locations.
• Working knowledge of shop-level financials and P&L statements.
• Proven track record of improving performance metrics in repair shops.
• Willingness to step into hands-on roles when needed.
• Strong white-glove customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Experience developing managers, advisors, and technicians.

About the Role

We're looking for a District Manager to oversee three AmeriFix repair shop locations across Indiana - Granger, Elkhart, and Mishawaka. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a proven track record of running successful repair shops — someone who knows the numbers, knows the floor, and knows how to keep customers taken care of. You'll be responsible for financial performance, operational consistency, and team development across your district, and you'll be ready to step in on the front line whenever a location needs it.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive experience in automotive repair shop management, including oversight of multiple locations.

• A proven, successful track record of managing repair shops to measurable, sustained improvement in performance metrics.

• Working knowledge of P&L statements and shop-level financials.

• Willingness to step into hands-on roles when needed.

• White glove customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult situations.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience developing managers, advisors, and technicians.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel among locations.
