Zusammenfassung

RxREVU, Inc. sucht einen Site Manager (f/m/x) für das neue Production Center in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Sie leiten ein Team von über 200 Mitarbeitenden, optimieren Abläufe und sichern hochwertige Fahrzeugqualität.

Enge Abstimmung mit der HQ in Berlin, Aufbau starker Teams und End-to-End-Verantwortung gehören dazu. Wichtige Voraussetzungen sind 8+ Jahre Branchenerfahrung, Führungserfolg, BWL/Supply-Chain-Abschluss und exzellente Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in Automobilindustrie oder Produktion.
• Nachweis Führung eines großen Teams von mindestens 80 Personen (direkt/indirekt).
• Universitätsabschluss in BWL, Supply Chain oder Vergleichbares.
• Erfahrung in Skalierung von Unternehmen oder Ramp-Up-Operationen vorteilhaft.
• Nachweis Optimierung von Prozessen und Effizienzsteigerung in Produktion/Logistik.
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Leitung eines Produktionszentrums mit über 200 Mitarbeitenden in professioneller, leaner Weise.
• Steuerung des täglichen Betriebs zur Bestleistung in Qualität, Output und Kosten.
• Kapazitäten von Grund auf ausbauen, um Wachstum zu begleiten.
• Aufbau und Pflege Beziehungen zu lokalen Partnern im Netzwerk.
• Abstimmung von Zielen und Ressourcen mit der Zentrale in Berlin; Umsetzung vor Ort.
• Maßnahmen zur Leistungsverbesserung und Aufbau einer starken kontinuierlichen Verbesserungs-kultur.

As the Site Manager of our new Production Center, you are responsible for the reconditioning process at the Production Center. Job Description

Your new role

• Lead a production center of more than 200 employees in the most professional and most lean way
• Plan and run the day-to-day operations at the production center to achieve best-in-class car quality and output optimization while staying cost efficient
• Scale up production capacities from scratch to the desired max. capacity in order to keep up with our growth
• Build up, manage and improve relationships within our local network of partners
• Align on targets and resources directly with Berlin HQ and be responsible for process implementation on site incl. building strong teams by providing the proper onboarding and training
• Take concrete measures to improve performance and ensure a strong continuous improvement culture among our teams on site

Your skills

• 8+ years experience within the automotive industry or a production or manufacturing environment
• Absolute superb team management skills, previous experience leading and managing a large team of minimum 80 people (directly and indirectly)
• University degree in business, supply chain management or similar
• Experience in rapidly scaling businesses or demonstrated success in a leading position within a ramp-up operation is an advantage
• Previous track record of optimizing processes and achieving efficiencies by leveraging production, logistics, or shop floor operations
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
