Qualifikationen

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Account Manager (m/f/d) to lead and grow Qorvo's presence in the automotive market across Germany. This position will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with large automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, aligning Qorvo’s innovative RF, power management, and force-sensing products with customer needs. The Automotive Account Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in one of Qorvo's most strategically significant markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related interactions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Solution Selling: Promote Qorvo’s portfolio of RF, power management, and force-sensing solutions through product presentations and training, demonstrating how our technologies address customer challenges and align with their product roadmaps.
  • Customer Advocacy: Understand customer needs and priorities, advocate for their requirements within Qorvo, and ensure alignment between customer expectations and Qorvo deliverables.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the automotive market to identify and drive new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and product management, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful project outcomes.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead pricing, contract, and agreement negotiations with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring timely updates to the Senior Director, Worldwide Automotive Sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field a plus; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within the automotive industry. Experience in the Semiconductor industry a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with RF, power management, and/or sensing technologies is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
