Your tasks: Develop smart software solutions that make our infrastructure processes faster and more robust — automated, efficient, and forward-looking. Whether with Bash, PowerShell, or complex Python, Go, or Java applications, you always find the right way to automate routine tasks elegantly. Support our infrastructure teams with your technical intuition and advisory skills to choose the right automation strategies and technologies. Critically question existing concepts, continuously improve them, and bring fresh ideas for new approaches. Share your knowledge through pair programming, internal training, or passing on best practices, contributing to the development of the entire team. Your profile: Degree in a STEM field or comparable training, knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Ansible, experience with shell scripting and PowerShell, familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts, proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go), communication talent and team spirit, openness to feedback, mentoring, and continuous learning, enthusiasm for innovation and sustainable solutions, good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
