ekvip in Leipzig offers PLC programming and worldwide commissioning of interlinked production units.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Within your team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and repair of complex, automated production systems at our customers' sites worldwide.
• You will fix any malfunctions that occur, carry out functional tests and fault diagnoses independently, and get the machines up and running.
• You will make software adjustments to the programmable logic controller (PLC).
• You will use your expertise to train and advise customers on how to operate the production systems.

Requirements

Your profile

• You have a completed training as a technician in the field of automation technology, electrics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or in a comparable field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in working with PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT etc.), ideally on production systems.
• You have advanced knowledge of drive technology (Siemens, Bosch, SEW, Beckhoff).
• You are enthusiastic about modern software-driven system technology.
• You are flexible and willing to travel worldwide (100%).
• English C1; German is a plus.
