Job summary

Allplan is seeking an Automation-focused ERP/CRM specialist to drive AI-based automation across order management, contract management, and licensing. You will implement APIs and integrations between ERP and CRM platforms, notably Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, while improving data quality and rolling out solutions across international entities.

The role demands strong ownership, excellent communication with stakeholders, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience automating processes in CRM and ERP environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Azure, or the Microsoft Power Platform is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of ERP data models and end-to-end ERP processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze our Business Operations systems and processes, find what can be automated, and build and implement those automations yourself.
• Drive AI-based automation of order management and order processing workflows, from simple ETL pipelines to agentic integrations.
• Act as the central contact for all ERP-related digital initiatives, including our move from Microsoft Navision to Microsoft Dynamics 365, working closely with Business and IT.
• Develop and maintain interfaces (APIs and similar) between ERP, CRM (Salesforce), and other connected systems.
• Improve data quality through automated validation workflows and reduce manual effort across the team.
• Roll out automation solutions from Germany to our international entities and support the change management, so colleagues understand and adopt new ways of working.
• Report directly to the Head of Global Business Operations and work with a team of 19 colleagues worldwide.
• Support daily operations during peak periods, such as half-year and year-end closing.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience automating processes in CRM and ERP environments. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Azure, or the Microsoft Power Platform is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of ERP data models, end-to-end ERP processes, and how they connect to other systems.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs and system integrations, and using AI tools to make operations more efficient.
• A background in or good understanding of operational areas such as order processing, contract management, or customer service.
• A hands-on, ownership-driven attitude: you drive topics on your own and turn ideas into working solutions, not presentations.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent German and English (at least C1 level).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our international locations.
• Hybrid work from our Munich office (ideally 2 days per week on site).
