About the Role

You will be joining a dynamic, innovation-led team driving automation for carbon-fibre manufacturing processes. Your main focus will be on:

1. Programming PLC systems
2. Integrating and programming industrial robots (ideally KUKA)
3. Designing, testing, and optimising new and existing production systems
4. Creating and interpreting circuit diagrams and control cabinets
5. Collaborating closely with Research, Technology, and Production
6. Shaping the automation roadmap with the opportunity to lead

What You Bring

1. A degree or technician qualification in automation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
2. 2+ years of experience in industrial automation
3. German fluency at C1 level+
4. Hands-on skills in PLC programming and robotics
5. Technical know-how in sensor/actuator systems and control systems
6. A structured, independent way of working and a solution-oriented mindset
7. Bonus: Experience in aerospace, automotive, or similar high-tech industries
