We are looking for an Automation & AI Solutions Expert | Sales & Service for CRM & Digital Transformation based in Göttingen, Germany (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). In this role, you will represent the business and drive the development and implementation of AI-driven strategies within the CRM platform to optimize and personalize customer engagement, customer lifecycle management, and sales conversion rates.

The team consists of ten professionals, eager to shape the future with you. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, requiring some days onsite at our headquarters in Göttingen, with the option for remote work.

1. Drive design and implementation of AI tools to analyze sales, customer, and market data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making and strategy formulation.
2. Design and execute training programs for sales teams to leverage AI and automation tools effectively.
3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI and automation initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities within sales and customer service workflows, reducing repetitive activities, in close collaboration with IT.
5. Work closely with IT, data, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools into existing systems.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and automation technologies, applying them to improve sales processes.
