Measurement of the pull-out force of crimp connections / pull tests

With our pull testers we carry out pull-off force tests with crimp contacts.

Possible are:

• Pull tests up to 1000N or 100kg according to DIN EN 60512-16-4
• Pulltests up to 10000N or 1000kg
• Tests are possible for a wide range of crimp cross sections

Machine capability tests

Crimping presses have to be checked regularly to ensure faultless production. During this inspection the exact actual condition of the equipment is determined and documented by calculating a specific machine capability index (CMK index).

The test equipment Press Analyser PAL 4000 used for this purpose is suitable for testing crimp presses with "mini applicator standard" up to a press force of 25kN.
