Job Overview

Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen der Fachrichtung Formteile planen die Fertigung von Formteilen anhand von Auftragsdaten oder speziellen Kundenanforderungen. Hierzu wählen sie geeignete Verarbeitungsverfahren wie Spritzgießen, Blasformen, Schäumen und Thermoformen sowie Werk-, Zuschlags- und Hilfsstoffe aus. Sie bestimmen Verarbeitungsparameter wie Temperatur, Zeit und Druck, richten die Produktionsmaschinen entsprechend ein und überwachen den gesamten Produktionsablauf. In der Be- oder Nachbearbeitung der Formteile wenden sie spanlose oder spanende Verfahren an, tempern und konditionieren Formteile und behandeln Oberflächen nach. Außerdem verpacken, transportieren und lagern sie Formteile fachgerecht.

Timeline

TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for various positions starting in May. Applicants will be reviewed, and selected candidates will be contacted for next steps. Accepted interns will begin onboarding in January for fall commitments or upon acceptance for spring commitments.
