You can look forward to:

• Self-reliant planning and execution of internal audits focusing on property and casualty underwriting at our headquarters and international locations.
• Communication of examination results (oral and written).
• Development of practical recommendations based on audit findings.
• Advising audited units and tracking the implementation of recommendations.
• Further development of audit methods and techniques.

You come equipped with:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or commercial insurance training.
• Professional experience with a (re)insurance company, preferably in underwriting.
• Experience in planning and conducting internal audits is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and independent German language skills.
• IT affinity and data analysis knowledge.
• International mindset and willingness to travel worldwide 3-5 times a year for about a week.
