Zusammenfassung

DQS sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Trainer/in für die Konzeption, Planung und Moderation von Trainings und Workshops für deutsche und internationale Auditoren.

Sie erstellen Schulungsmaterialien und E-Learning-Konzepte, beraten Trainerinnen/Trainer, Auditoren und Produktmanager, pflegen Netzwerke und analysieren Feedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Angebote sowie Marktforschung zu Trends im Qualitätsmanagement.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Training und/oder Qualitätsmanagement.
• Auditorenausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Auditierung und Zertifizierung wünschenswert.
• Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeit.
• Netzwerkkompetenz und Eigeninitiative.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Konzeption, Planung und Moderation von Trainings und Workshops für deutsche und internationale Auditoren.
• Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien und E-Learning Konzepten.
• Unterstützung und Beratung von Trainern, Auditoren und Produktmanagern bei der methodischen und didaktischen Konzeptionierung ihrer Bildungsangebote.
• Netzwerkpflege: Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks mit Auditoren, Produktmanagern, Trainern und Impulse-Referenten.
• Feedback-Management: Einholen und Auswerten von Teilnehmerfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Angebote.
• Marktforschung: Analyse aktueller Trends im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement und Zertifizierung, um relevante Themen für zukünftige Schulungen zu identifizieren.

Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeit. Netzwerkkompetenz. Kommunikationsstarke, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einer ausgeprägten Eigeninitiative. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
