Audio-Video Support Engineer required on-site in Munich, Germany.

Remote work is NOT possible.

The customer is a large European institution based in Munich. Position is on-site in Munich-Germany. Jobs start as of July 2025.

Tasks

• Technical AV support to all meeting rooms, A/V installation work
• First line support troubleshooting AV meeting rooms
• AV support for EPO events
• Installation of temporary AV installations (events, receptions, other occasions)
• Recording and editing of live (online) events, training sessions, interviews
• Support for Oral Proceedings, including recording witness hearings and assisting during online hearings
• Assistance to interpreters during Zoom meetings
• Coordinate maintenance of hardware with the maintenance provider
• Pro-active maintenance (regular checks)
• iPad support during events, including logistics, cleanup, and reconfiguration
• Operation of Azure streaming
• Video directing of live and hybrid events
• Implementation and support of Zoom, MS Teams, and MS Live Events for large events
• Implementation and support of Slido events, including moderator training

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of AV equipment used in multimedia conference rooms
• Sufficient IT knowledge to perform activities effectively
• Familiarity with live video production tools and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to troubleshoot faults at component level
• Confidence in providing technical assistance during events
• Strong knowledge of MS Teams, Zoom, and Slido
• Good interpersonal, communication, and service skills
• Excellent command of English; German skills are a plus

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary (ca 38 - 41k gross per year) based on experience. The role requires on-site presence in Munich, Germany daily.
