We’re paying up to $30,000 for an audio programmer to upgrade our mastering algorithm.

Background:

CarMaster is an online mastering website that has mastered 120,000 songs.

Unfortunately, our current algorithm only improves 10% of songs. Also, 2 of our competitors have 10x higher conversion rates than us. This suggests there low-hanging-fruit for an audio programmer to upgrade our mastering algorithm and increasing our conversion rate.

You’ll receive bonuses depending on how well your algorithm improves our conversion rate.

Milestones:

-Delivery of algorithm: $1,000 - $1,500

-Algorithm passes internal quality validation: $500 - $1,000

Bonus ranges:

-50% increase in conversion rate: $1,250 - $2,500

-2x conversion rate: $3,000 - $6,000

-4x conversion rate: $7,000 - $14,000

-8x conversion rate: $11,250 - $27,500
