Job Purpose/Role

Within the Powertrain Manufacturing Technology department, you will be responsible for

• Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes using data analytics and artificial intelligence methods
• Working on projects in the emerging field of drive system manufacturing
• Integrating data analytics with manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

The Audi Global Graduate Program targets recent graduates entering into the workforce. Within the first 18 months as a program participant, you will build an interdisciplinary network, take advantage of a wide range of opportunities for skills development and benefit from comprehensive mentoring.

• University degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines), Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or similar with an above-average academic performance
• International experience through internships and / or studies abroad
• Initial work experience of a maximum of two years in the target area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across the Group company
• A proactive, driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to learn and develop, with willingness to change perspectives, adapt to new environments, dare to changes
• Fluent in English and at least B2 German
