What you'll be doing

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated

Associate Vendor Relations or Service Specialist Cisco (m/f/d) for our Main Office in Bad Homburg or our branches in Germany.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Business Operations Team in preparing offers for NTT Services using manufacturer tools, covering both the calculation phase, information gathering, and contract processing.
• Assisting with updating existing supplier contracts and negotiating service agreements with providers.
• Analyzing provider performance against contracts and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitoring and reviewing service levels to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and success targets; conducting supplier audits is a plus.
• Collaborating closely with the commercial and contract management teams to handle contract renewals and manage termination schedules.
• Serving as an escalation point for disputes with providers, coordinating escalation points with clients and providers, and ensuring continuous service delivery per SLAs.
• Participating in the implementation of products and services from new or existing suppliers, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Knowledge and qualities you bring:

• Meticulous work approach with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Cisco CCW-R, CSHUB, and SAP ERP (MM / VA / SD – O2C).
• Ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of business requirements and expectations.
• Strong affinity with online platforms and tools, being a proficient user.
• Commitment to high-quality service delivery and excellent customer orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent German (native level) and good English skills.

Professional experience:

• Commercial training or several years of experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience in a related environment for technological services.
