The Galaxy program unites Celonauts across different locations into one dedicated onboarding program which develops recent graduates into well-rounded, skilled Services professionals in 12 months.

The Role:

In this role, you have the chance to launch your career in the enterprise software world by joining the Galaxy Graduate Program as an Associate Galaxy Celonaut. The program provides a structured approach to kick-start your career within Celonis, learning and delivering value to our customers over 12 months.

The cohort structure of Galaxy will develop your expertise across the Celonis value journey, focusing on technology, implementation, innovation, automation, enablement, support, and customer engagement.

The work you'll do:

As a CS Galaxy Celonaut, you will be an integral part of our teams, preparing yourself for a career with Celonis. The program combines learning and hands-on experience across all aspects of the post-sale customer experience. Activities include:

• Practical assignments on customer projects, accelerating digital transformation and driving Celonis' market expansion:
  • Deploy high-value use cases
  • Perform complex data transformations
  • Collaborate with consultants on analyses
  • Calculate KPIs for customer solutions
  • Support EMS implementations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Develop Python scripts using Machine Learning Workbench
  • Create enablement plans and train customer analysts
• Rotate across teams within the Services organization, including:
• Implementation consulting
• Technical onboarding
• Support
• Academy and global programs

The qualifications you need:

We seek problem-solvers who think outside the box and learn from mistakes. You should have:

• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or similar, with internship experience in IT consulting or related fields
• Interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
• Availability from September 15th, 2025
• Ability to interact with customers, interpret business processes, and possess analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL or programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...)
• Fluent in German and English
