Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of core product functionality.
• Evaluate impact, prioritize, maintain, and proactively drive issues lists for key client accounts.
• Drive investigations, resolve configuration/setup issues, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Support modification development, delivery, and change management.
• Develop positive working relationships with clients and internal support resources.
• Present functional and technical concepts to both client and internal audiences.
• Establish oneself as a primary point of contact for the client. Identify and escalate issues within Manhattan Associates reporting structure.

Education and/or Experience:

• Degree required or equivalent; a 2:1 degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Maths, or Engineering).
• Commercial awareness, ideally gained from a placement year or previous role within the technology sector.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL, XML, XSL, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, REST web services, Windows Server/Active Directory is advantageous.
• Experience in implementing supply chain products is a plus.
