What you'll do

In this role, you will be working in a team of Digital Sales Development Specialists. As a Sales Development Executive for Strategic Outbound Campaigns and Prospecting, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by supporting sales activities related to event invitations, prospecting, and ensuring data integrity. We are seeking a skilled individual with proven telephone experience to join our team, where you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to handle customer invitations and contacts via phone. The role involves identifying potential event attendees, nurturing relationships, and conducting thorough data cleaning processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate leads for Strategic Outbound Campaigns.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  3. Perform regular data cleaning and validation tasks to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of contact databases.
  4. Engage and generate new contacts in digital roles from prospects and customers.
  5. Collaborate closely with the teams of SDEs to align campaigns with event targeting.
  6. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and duplicates.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data standards and consistency.
  8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of cleaning processes and results.

What you bring

  • First experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Experience in telephone communication with customers/clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in data management and cleaning processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and data cleaning tools is preferred.
  • You are able to communicate in business fluent (C1/C2) German and English.
