The DACH market is a key focus for Taboola, it has been growing rapidly with no plans to stop but rather to accelerate. By joining the DACH Publisher Team you will be accessing a unique opportunity to own some of the key strategic partnerships of this market. Our team’s clients are the leading German publishers, and you will play a significant part in fostering relationships and consulting with stakeholders at all levels, from editor to CEO.

We are a commercially driven team, who lead new product developments globally and are starting to overtake other well established European markets within the business. But most important, as we always say, are the people! You would join the local DACH account management team and will be part of a wider EMEA team with people from all over the world, all with fun, curious, brilliant minds. To be successful in this role, you will:

• Support the DACH team by owning and nurturing some of the most strategic partnerships in the region
• Understand client KPIs and help create a plan to achieve them
• Monitor and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve results
• Be an expert in Taboola’s platform and the benefits publishers gain by using it
• Fully comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements in order to intelligently identify new opportunities and upsell the platform
• Communicate business intelligence from clients to the product management team in regards to new product development features

What we’re looking for:

• Native/Fluent German speaker
• 6-12 months previous internship/ work experience within digital or adtech preferred
• Strong analytical skills, ability to monitor and identify trends in data and generate of actionable insights and reports for the client
• Outstanding relationship building/ management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong phone and email etiquette, in german and english
• Fast learner eager to work in the quickly evolving field of online marketing
• Affinity to technology and data
• Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated and creative in order to pull all necessary resources for the client
• Publisher experience is a plus
