About the role

Looking to make your mark with some of the world’s biggest consumer brands? As our (Associate) Programmatic Manager, you will shape our digital media strategy, developing and executing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role offers hands-on experience with leading global consumer products.

The team

This position is within Reckitt's In-House Media Trading team, 'Applied Media Science,' responsible for global digital media planning and activation. The role focuses on the DACH & Nordics regions, based in Heidelberg with flexible remote work options. We collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure best practices, share learnings, and drive growth.

Your responsibilities
  • Campaign & Account Management
  • Define digital strategies with media & brand teams, recommending channel use to meet business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social, programmatic, e-retailer, and search platforms.
  • Implement global best practices and collaborate on test and learn initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Present results to stakeholders and lead performance meetings.
  • Educate teams on digital media benefits and practices.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and testing opportunities.
  • Share results and case studies with wider teams.
The experience we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in planning and buying paid social, programmatic, and/or search campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon), social platforms (Meta, TikTok), and search (Google Ads, Bing).
  • Knowledge of tech platforms like CM360, DoubleVerify, GA4.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Desire to grow digital marketing expertise and become a subject matter expert.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and experience managing junior team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience in team leadership and cross-channel collaboration.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and fluent in English.
