About the role

Want to make your mark with some of the world’s biggest consumer brands? As our (Associate) Programmatic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital media strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.

The team

This role sits within Reckitt In-House Media Trading team ‘Applied Media Science’. This team is responsible for the media planning & activation of digital media globally. This role will focus on the DACH & Nordics, based in Heidelberg with very flexible remote working options.

Your responsibilities

Campaign & Account Management

  • Work with media & brand teams to define digital strategies and recommend ways to use digital channels (social, programmatic and other relevant platforms) to deliver against business objectives.
  • Plan, create, manage and optimise campaigns across various channels (social, programmatic, e-retailer, search) to drive key performance metrics.
  • Ensure global best practices are being implemented in our campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute test and learn plans.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Present results to different stakeholders of the company and lead campaign performance meetings.
  • Educate wider teams on digital best practice, benefits and purpose of digital media.
  • Work closely with key partners to keep close to the latest industry & platforms developments & testing opportunities to drive our media activations forward.
  • Be proactive in sharing results and case studies with wider teams.

The experience we're looking for

  • Passion for all things digital media and proven hands-on experience in planning & buying successful paid social, programmatic and/or search campaigns. (Min. 3 years of in-platform experience)
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of either/or programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon, e-retailer DSPs etc), Social (Meta, TikTok etc), Search (Google ads, Bing ads).
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of other tech platforms such as CM360, DoubleVerify, GA4.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A desire to grow your knowledge of digital marketing platforms and champion being a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key.
  • Experience in managing teams, setting objectives, aiding with task prioritisation, and leading by example.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and takes the initiative to do what’s needed.
