Job Description:
As an (Associate) Product Manager for Mobile Apps, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our mobile platforms. It requires a blend of organizational talent and the ability to elevate the mobile user experience by collaborating with various teams, roles, and stakeholders across our product and engineering organization.
- Conceptualize and develop our native iOS and Android mobile applications, focusing on optimizing the user experience.
- Lead a mobile app team, manage the roadmap, and oversee agile processes.
- Serve as the product expert and champion for mobile platforms, emphasizing their importance within the organization.
- Synchronize priorities, timelines, and implementations with internal stakeholders and teams across B2C and B2B features.
- Collaborate with designers and domain experts to craft exceptional UI and UX, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Coordinate with marketing and other mobile teams to execute regular mobile app releases.
- Leverage customer data, competitive analysis, and user feedback to align mobile apps with user needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Passion for digital products and a desire to enhance users' financial well-being through digital innovation.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, timelines, and roadmaps, and manage dependencies within and across teams.
- Hands-on approach with ownership of the product development process from ideation to UX design.
- Experience in agile product development, adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Clear and concise communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
Required Experience:
- Understanding of native mobile app development for iOS and Android, industry trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency with native mobile features such as push notifications, extensions, and universal links.
