Role Overview

As an Associate Product Manager for Mobile Apps, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our mobile platforms. This position requires organizational talent and the ability to enhance the mobile user experience by collaborating with various teams and stakeholders across our product and engineering organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Conceptualize and develop native iOS and Android applications, focusing on optimizing user experience.
  2. Lead a mobile app team, manage the roadmap, and oversee agile processes.
  3. Serve as the product expert and advocate for mobile platforms within the organization.
  4. Coordinate priorities, timelines, and implementations with internal stakeholders across B2C and B2B features.
  5. Collaborate with designers and domain experts to craft exceptional UI and UX, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  6. Work with marketing and other teams to plan and execute mobile app releases.
  7. Utilize customer data, competitive analysis, and user feedback to align mobile apps with user needs.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  1. Passion for digital products and a desire to improve users' financial well-being through innovation.
  2. Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage dependencies within and across teams.
  3. Hands-on approach with ownership of the product development process from ideation to design.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  5. Understanding of native iOS and Android development, industry trends, and best practices.
  6. Experience in agile product development and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
