Zusammenfassung

Scalable Capital is seeking a Product Manager for Mobile Core to define product direction for shared mobile foundations, collaborating with iOS/Android engineers and QA. You will work with product and engineering teams to drive app reliability and performance.

You will influence app-wide UX, analytics, and standards, manage cross-team releases, and ensure smooth integration and migration across platform domains while communicating in English.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Product management experience across native iOS and Android products.
• Experience in finance/FinTech or mobile platform domains is a strong plus.
• Technical depth to work with mobile engineers on architecture and release trade-offs.
• Experience managing cross-team releases and adoption across teams.
• Knowledge of app store operations, staged rollouts, feature flags, and mobile observability.
• Professional fluency in English (German optional).

Our mobile organization is moving toward domain-led, cross-functional teams. The Mobile Core Tribe provides the shared foundations that enable those teams to build and release one coherent, reliable iOS and Android app.

As Product Manager for Mobile Core, you define product direction for shared mobile foundations and work with an Engineering Manager, QA engineers, and iOS and Android engineers. Your closest customers are the product and engineering teams that build into our apps.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate Mobile Core’s mission, product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Own product direction for shared navigation, the app shell, and common containers. Set clear integration expectations and establish transparent intake, prioritization, adoption, and migration processes for domain teams.
• Prioritize reliability, performance, accessibility, and observability as product outcomes. Work with Engineering and QA on technical trade-offs, sequencing, release risk, and live app health.
• Own product and cross-team coordination for iOS and Android releases and store operations. Coordinate dependencies without making Mobile Core a delivery bottleneck or approval gate.
• Influence shared capabilities, including deeplinks, push notifications, remote configuration, and authentication, with their owners. Contribute to app-wide UX, analytics, and product standards through Mobile Discipline.
• Measure outcomes after release, including reuse, integration or upgrade time, release predictability, and app health. Use data, incidents, and stakeholder feedback to improve the roadmap.

• Education: University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent hands-on technical experience, is highly valued.
• Product management experience across native iOS and Android products, with sound product judgment across both platforms. This role is not tied to a particular implementation framework.
• Experience in finance, FinTech, banking, brokerage, mobile platform, app-foundation, core-experience, or developer-enablement products is a strong plus.
• Technical depth to work credibly with mobile engineers on architecture, platform constraints, reliability, and release trade-offs.
• Experience managing cross-team releases, dependencies, or shared product capabilities, including adoption or migration across teams.
• Practical knowledge of app store operations, staged rollouts, feature flags, remote configuration, analytics, and mobile observability.
• Ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority, communicate clearly in English, and make priorities and trade-offs clear.
• Experience building Server-Driven UI frameworks with native iOS and Android support isa strong advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset across technical and product domains, with the initiative to take full ownership from ideation to delivery.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English (German is optional)
