Zusammenfassung

Scalable Capital invites a skilled Product Designer to join our Munich or Berlin offices. You will own design from framing to delivery, using insights to shape customer experiences across our fintech platforms. Collaboration with Product and Engineering is essential to ensure coherent UI and impactful interactions.

Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. Relocation and growth opportunities available.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and product thinking.
• Experience designing for native mobile and responsive web.
• Discovery, user research and usability testing to turn ambiguity into direction.
• Excellent Figma skills with components, prototyping and design-system workflows.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with Product and Engineering and take ownership of design work from problem framing through to delivery and iteration.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand customer needs, test assumptions and improve outcomes.
• Create simple, accessible and engaging experiences, including polished UI and interactions.
• Evolve our design system for coherence across products and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers during implementation with clear specs and design guidance.
• Use AI responsibly throughout the design process to add value.
• Manage your work, communicate progress and coordinate priorities with stakeholders.

Job Description

• Work closely with Product and Engineering and take ownership of design work from problem framing through to delivery and iteration
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand customer needs, test assumptions and improve customer and business outcomes
• Create simple, accessible and engaging experiences, including polished UI, flows, prototypes and meaningful interaction details
• Evolve our design system to ensure a coherent experience across products and platforms
• Collaborate with engineers during implementation with clear specifications and design guidance, and review the final experience against our quality bar
• Use AI responsibly throughout the design process, knowing when and how it adds value
• Manage your work effectively, communicate progress and coordinate priorities and timelines with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, product thinking, collaboration, your individual contribution and the outcomes of your work
• Experience designing for native mobile platforms and responsive web, with a strong understanding of platform conventions and technical constraints
• Practical experience with discovery, user research and usability testing, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, well-considered design directions
• Excellent Figma skills, including components, variables, interactive prototyping and design-system workflows. Experience creating motion or micro-interaction studies is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Experience in fintech, regulated products, or other trust-sensitive domains is a plus
