Job Description

With a growing client base, many processes that were manageable manually in the past no longer scale effectively and require a higher degree of automation. Your role will involve building self-service solutions for some of Scalable’s most significant processes throughout the client lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with our Client Success and Operations teams to ensure that inquiries are addressed efficiently and to the satisfaction of Scalable’s clients.
• Align with the teams managing client master data to guarantee data consistency and accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison between your cross-functional software development team, design, Scalable’s Mobile teams, and other teams to create the most engaging client experience in the market.
• Ensure that Scalable Capital remains compliant with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations by developing robust systems and processes that safeguard client information and facilitate regulatory reporting.
• Enhance Scalable’s ability to reach its clients by managing the communication tool stack across multiple channels, including the client’s in-app mailbox, email, push notifications, and physical mail.

Qualifications

• Passion for digital products and the fintech landscape
• Excellent academic track record in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Management, Computer Science, or other STEM disciplines.
• Relevant internships or working student engagements
• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - software engineer, stakeholder or executive
• Hands-on mentality and geared towards execution: from idea to UX-prototype to user story and design, you can handle it
• Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
