Role Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Partner – Customer Success for our MarTech Business. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of hospitality products and the hospitality industry in general. The role involves ensuring customer queries are addressed swiftly and with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support to clients to enhance and grow their business.
  • Manage and consult key accounts in hotel online marketing and e-commerce.
  • Develop campaign strategies based on platforms like Trivago, Tripadvisor, and Google Hotel Ads.
  • Regularly review and optimize clients' marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate with clients about campaign performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage internal projects within Account Management based on interests and strengths.
  • Oversee your own hotel portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Increase customer retention, loyalty, and promote upselling and repeat business.
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions on new products and ideas, providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and processes to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Onboard new customers and maximize their use of our product range.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing or revenue management, with extensive account management/customer success experience.
  • Graduation or Post Graduation in relevant fields with excellent communication skills.

Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of SaaS/B2B products.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and travel/hospitality industry trends.
  • Strong client servicing strategies.
  • Procedures for handling escalations.
