Aviation - Travel, Transportation & Hospitality Lead EMEA, Associate Partner

About your role

The industry has a strong focus on the airline industry, airports, rail and travel services across EMEA. You will be based in Germany and be part of the EMEA leadership team. You will be the strong entrepreneur building a business with End-to-End sales, delivery and operations responsibility for clients in the region to develop and manage the business sector for infosys consulting. You will work with our dedicated Sales and Technology delivery teams.

• Have a broad business and business consulting skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
• Have deep understanding of the Travel, Transportation and Hospitality Industry and the respective value chains
• Have relationships and experience with a special focus on major Airlines across EMEA, like the Lufthansa Group and British Airways
• Have deep understanding and experience with innovation and operational excellence programs
• Have experience with large scale digitisation and technology enabled transformation including but not limited to Innovation, Software products, platforms, Data and AI
• Have experience in business consulting and technology transformation sales cycle and delivery.
• Have demonstrated leadership to develop, grow and manage a business and teams
