Hello, we are AMBOSS, and we are looking for our next Associate Medical Editor to play an active role in the training of medical students and thus raise a new generation of medical professionals.

About AMBOSS

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then, we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

You will:

• Revise and create new student content, including exam questions, articles, and multimedia content.
• Ensure content is up-to-date, adapted to the challenges of medical studies, and incorporate user feedback.
• Help design new products for the student market to expand and optimize our offerings.
• Support the organization and implementation of live online seminars and/or roadshows for students.
• Collaborate with the team to develop, prioritize, and plan new topics.

You bring:

• Completed studies in human medicine.
• Strong communication skills and excellent written expression.
• German language skills at native level and mastery of medical terminology.
• Good English speaking skills.
• Enjoy researching and writing texts with attention to detail and appropriate style.
• Experience as an editor is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Affinity for digital media and digital workflows.
