Qualifikationen

• Coordinate activities and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coach junior consultants and analysts.
• Contribute to transformation programs and post-merger integration.

TheOpportunity

AsanAssistantManager,youwillplayakeyroleindeliveringprocurementtransformationandvaluecreationengagementsacrossmultipleindustries.Youwillindependentlymanageprojectworkstreams,guidejuniorteammembersandworkcloselywithManagers,DirectorsandManagingDirectorstodelivermeasurableresultsforourclients.

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadindividualprojectworkstreamswithinprocurementtransformation,costoptimisationandoperationalimprovementengagements.
• Analyseprocurementorganisations,operatingmodels,sourcingstrategiesandsupplychainprocessestoidentifyimprovementopportunities.
• Developfact-basedrecommendationstoimproveprocurementperformance,reducecostsandoptimiseEBITDA,cashflow,workingcapitalandoperationalKPIs.
• Conductspendanalyses,supplierassessments,marketbenchmarkingandopportunityassessmentsusingquantitativeandqualitativedata.
• Supportstrategicsourcinginitiatives,suppliernegotiations,contractoptimisationandsupplierperformancemanagement.
• Prepareexecutive-readypresentations,steeringcommitteematerialsanddecisionpapersforseniorclientstakeholders.
• Manageday-to-daycommunicationwithclientcounterpartsacrossProcurement,Finance,OperationsandSupplyChain.
• Coordinateprojectactivities,monitortimelines,managerisksandensurehigh-qualitydeliverables.
• CoachanddevelopConsultantsandAnalystsbyprovidingguidance,feedbackandday-to-daysupport.
• Contributetoorganisationaltransformationprogrammes,post-mergerintegrationandprocurementoperatingmodelredesign.
• Supportproposaldevelopment,pitchpresentations,thoughtleadershipandbusinessdevelopmentinitiatives.

• Outstandingacademicbackground,ideallyincludingaMaster'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,IndustrialEngineering,Economicsorarelateddiscipline.
• Relevantprofessionalexperienceinprocurementconsulting,managementconsultingorstrategicprocurementwithinindustry.
• Experiencedeliveringprocurementtransformation,costreduction,strategicsourcingorvaluecreationprojects.
• Strongunderstandingofprocurementoperatingmodels,categorymanagement,strategicsourcing,supplierrelationshipmanagementandprocurementexcellence.
• Experienceleadingprojectworkstreamsandcoordinatingsmallteamsinaconsultingenvironment.
• Stronganalyticalcapabilitieswiththeabilitytotranslatecomplexdataintoactionablebusinessrecommendations.
• CommercialacumenwithaclearunderstandingofhowprocurementimpactsEBITDA,cashflow,workingcapitalandenterprisevalue.
• Excellentstakeholdermanagementskillsandconfidenceinteractingwithseniorclientstakeholders,includingProcurementDirectors,CFOs,COOsandSupplyChainleaders.
• ExperienceusingeProcurementplatforms,P2Psystems,spendanalyticsanddatavisualisationtoolsisdesirable.
• Excellentpresentation,communicationandprojectmanagementskills.
• Initialexperiencesupportingbusinessdevelopmentactivities,proposalwritingorclientpitchesisadvantageous.
• NativeorbusinessfluentGermanandEnglish(minimumC1)arerequired.AdditionalEuropeanlanguagesareconsideredanadvantage.
