What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Associate for our Real Estate Investment Management team focused on the DACH and NL regions, based in Munich. In this role, you'll support the team with financial analysis and underwriting.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing cash flow and partnership models using Excel and Argus to evaluate investment cases and recommend strategies.
2. Underwriting deals by gathering supporting data.
3. Preparing Annual Business Plans (ABPs) and analyzing performance indicators.
4. Gaining knowledge of leases, loan documents, and partnership agreements.
5. Supporting asset management with financing analyses and valuations.
6. Screening and analyzing new investments.
7. Reviewing due diligence information such as leases and market data.
8. Assisting in the closing process for acquisitions.
9. Facilitating onboarding from acquisition to operations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Math, or related field; CFA desirable.
• Experience in Real Estate investment advisory, ideally in the German market.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Argus, Yardi, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of real estate fundamentals, financing, and valuation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
