About the Role: The Associate / Investment Manager will play a key role in supporting the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate investments across Germany, with a focus on commercial assets.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate investments across Germany, with a focus on commercial assets
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, and investment analysis
• Prepare investment memoranda and support internal approval processes
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with external advisors
• Monitor existing investments and support asset management where required

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of professional experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, corporate finance, or a similar field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Fluency in German and English
